Umenoyado Orange Liqueur

Despite its 120 year history, Umenoyado Brewery prides itself in creating a new saké culture and Aragoshi Mikan is the perfect example of that ideology. This liqueur blends traditionally brewed saké with fresh pureed Mikan, giving it a wonderful texture and tiny explosions of sweet Mikan juice with every mouthful.

What food to pair this wine with?

Tip: Mix with soda water and crushed ice for a refreshing drink.

Tasting notes

Unlike other liqueurs, Aragoshi Mikan is not overly sweet or concentrated and can be enjoyed either chilled or on the rocks. With both the aroma and flavour of Mikan orange combined with the warming sensation provided by the saké, Aragoshi Mikan is a must try and is akin to biting into a juicy and rich Mikan orange.

There are visible sediments in the bottle since it is made from natural fruit.
