Suntory Yamazaki Umeshu Plum Liqueur Cask Matured 660mL

Umeshu plum liqueur is aged in toasted antique casks that were used to store whisky. Pholyphenol absorbed from the casks imparts a pleasantly acerbic note and the matured liqueur has an aroma reminiscent of whisky. This creates a plum liqueur with moderate sweetness that melds a distinctive flavour with well-rounded tomes.

Mix with soda to bring out the refined sweetness and complex fragrances of toasted casks.

NOSE: Elegant aroma, reminiscent of whisky and pleasant acerbic notes from toasted casks.

PALATE: Rich and mellow.

FINISH: Lasting mellow vanilla plum.
